Traditional Chinese diet is very rigid and low in calories. During the application of nutritionists recommend drinking only boiled or mineral water without gas is not less than 1 liter per day. It is very important to use sea kale and other algae. Marine fish are always in preference to meat.
There are 4 variants of the Chinese diet
1. Long Chinese diet (traditional)

Dinner: 200 grams of salad from fresh vegetables (cabbage, carrot, lettuce, celery). Small slice of bread, 1 tbsp. apple juice;
Dinner: 100 grams of cooked rice, 4-leaf lettuce, half a grapefruit, 1 tbsp. mineral water.
Day 3
Breakfast: 200 grams of salad from fresh apples, pears, oranges, bananas, 1 tbsp. orange juice;
Dinner: 250 grams of boiled asparagus, 150 gr cabbage salad, seasoned with lemon juice, a small slice of bread, 1 tbsp. mineral water;
Dinner: 250 grams of fried mushrooms, a small potato, 1 tbsp. mineral water.
Day 4
Breakfast: a glass of apple juice, apple, orange, toast of black bread;
Dinner: 300 grams of boiled rice and asparagus with basil leaves, big apple, a small slice of bread, 1 tbsp. mineral water;
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 200 grams of boiled fish, a small slice of bread.
Day 5
Breakfast: a small plate of boiled rice, 1 tbsp. mineral water;
Dinner: 200 grams of salad from shredded cabbage and seaweed, a small slice of bread or cake made from rice flour, 1 tbsp. mineral water;
Dinner: 200 grams of salad from fresh cabbage, carrots, green salad, seasoned with vegetable oil cake of rice flour, 1 tbsp. mineral water.
Day 6
Breakfast: a small plate of boiled rice, 1 tbsp. apple juice;
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled sea fish, 150 grams of salad from apples, kiwi, oranges, 1 tbsp. mango juice or orange juice;
Supper: a slice of lean roast meat, a small slice of bread, 4 chopped leaf lettuce, dressed with lemon juice, orange.
Day 7
Breakfast: 250 grams of fruit salad of apples, prunes, apricots, 1 tbsp. mineral water;
Dinner: 150 grams of boiled rice with pieces of fruit and a tablespoon honey, 1 tbsp. mineral water;
Dinner: 150 g boiled sea fish, 200 grams of salad from shredded cabbage and seaweed, a small cake of rice flour, 1 tbsp. mineral water.
2. Tough Chinese diet for 2 weeks
Menu (1 day):
1 wk.: 3 eggs and 3 oranges, drink green tea;
2 weeks.: Oatmeal with water, green tea;
3 weeks.: Steamed vegetables in vegetable oil, green tea.
This diet is very heavy the first week. Third week – it’s a smooth transition from the diet, the transition to normal, but protein-free diet. The complete absence of animal products within 2 weeks for sure will make you desire a 22-day to pamper yourself with meat, sausage, etc., be sensible and heed to your diet after diet.
Loss of excess weight on this diet with exercise can be up to 15 kg.
3. Chinese five-day diet
Sample menu for 1 day:
Breakfast: egg, 50 grams of black, better grain, dried in an oven bread, a cup of black coffee without sugar.
2 Breakfast: cream cheese, 100 grams of canned green peas, a cup of tea without sugar.
Dinner: 200 grams of any fruit, 50 grams of cooked lean meat, 150 g fresh cabbage salad, seasoned with vegetable or olive oil.
Dinner: a glass of warm milk.
4. The Chinese diet for 14 days
Need to adhere to the suggested menu. It is given for 1 week, second week of repeats diet first. Need to completely abandon the salt, sugar, alcohol, bread and other bakery products. Drink only boiled or mineral water.

Lunch: 1 egg, 3 large boiled carrots with vegetable oil;
Dinner: fresh apples.
Day 4
Breakfast: Black coffee;
Lunch: fried in vegetable oil a large root of parsnip or parsley, fresh apples;
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 200 grams of boiled beef, cabbage salad, seasoned with vegetable oil.
Day 5
Breakfast: raw grated carrots, seasoned with lemon juice;
Dinner: 500 grams of fried or boiled fish, 1 tbsp. tomato juice;
Dinner: fried or boiled fish, fresh cabbage salad, seasoned with vegetable oil.
Day 6
Breakfast: Black coffee;
Dinner: 500 g cooked chicken, fresh salad or raw carrots;
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, salad of raw carrots with vegetable oil.
Day 7
Breakfast: green tea;
Dinner: 200 g boiled beef, any kind of fruit;
Dinner: any of the menu of the previous days, except the third.
