2. Sour cream as a salad dressing (always included in the computation of daily consumption of carbohydrates).

3. Alcoholic beverages (only in the second phase of the diet – to view the content of carbohydrates).

4. Sugar substitutes, except ending in-Rosa (sucrose, fructose, etc.).
