Vitamin-protein diet There is an effective and easy to use diet to help you quickly lead figure in the order – and it’s protein and vitamin diet. It will reset within 10 days 5-7 kg. Diet is fairly easy to carry and does not cause hunger.

Subject to such a diet is allowed to use only vitamins and protein food. From the diet is necessary to completely eliminate carbohydrates and fats. Eat food should be without any condiments and sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup, sour cream, etc.) is allowed only salt and then in moderation.

8.00 – 2 boiled eggs;

10.30 – grapefruit;

13.00 – 200 gr. of cooked lean meat;

15.30 – 2 apples;

18.00 – 200 gr. boiled fish;

20.30 – orange.

As the protein components can be, along with eggs, meat and fish, using fat-free cottage cheese, cheese (and other white, low-fat cheeses), lean fowl, cooked sausage.

As vitamin components suitable not only fruits but also raw or cooked vegetables without seasonings, such as beets, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, etc. Do not eat just too sweet fruits such as grapes, bananas, apricots, persimmons ( in too many carbs). For the same reason, does not fit, and potatoes.

If you need to lose more weight, it is possible to repeat the vitamin-protein diet, take a break for two weeks.

Diet of 800 kcalYou are offered two options for food – protein and carbohydrate. They should be combined at their discretion, but dinner should always be a protein (the main tissue regeneration occurs at night – do not get enough protein, your body will take it from the muscles).

1. Protein diet (variants to choose from)
Breakfast (250 kcal)

  • 100 grams of fat-free yogurt, a tablespoon of sour cream (20% fat), tea (coffee) with milk
  • 2 eggs, half a grapefruit, tea (coffee) with milk

 Lunch (300 kcal)

  • 200 grams of stewed or raw vegetables (excluding potatoes), 150 grams of chicken breast (these products can be cooked soup), tea (coffee) without sugar and milk
  •  Salad vegetables (you can use pepper salad, cucumber, tomato) 1 tablespoon Spoon sour cream, a couple of boiled eggs and tea (coffee) without sugar and milk

Dinner (250 kcal)

  • boiled egg, 300 grams of vegetables, a glass of skim milk or yogurt
  • 150 grams of low fat cottage cheese, a glass of sweetened yogurt
  • 100 grams of boiled beef, 300 grams of vegetables, a glass of skim milk or yogurt 
  • 150 grams of chicken breast, 200 grams of vegetables, a glass of skim milk or yogurt 
  • Fish and seafood no more than 150 grams:

- Navaga

- Haddock

- Cod 

- Heck

- Ice

- Pollock

- Blue whiting

- Squid

- Shrimp

- Crab

  • Vegetables – less than 200 grams (they can be combined):

 - Green peas

- Corn

- Cucumber

- Tomato

- Pepper

- Radish

- Eggplant

- Zucchini

- Cabbage (any)

- Beans

- Lettuce

- Spinach

This version of the meal, drink a glass of nonfat yogurt or milk.

2. Carbohydrate diet (variants to choose from)

Breakfast (250 kcal)

  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal (brewed with boiling water) with grated apple or milk (100 milliliters), tea (coffee) without milk and sugar 
  • Fruit salad of peach, pear and banana, 125 ml of yogurt with no additives or tea (coffee) without milk and sugar

Lunch (300 kcal)

  • 200 grams of cooked (baked) potatoes, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers, a tablespoon of sour cream, tea (coffee) without milk and sugar
  • 50 grams of buckwheat porridge with vegetables (200 grams), any fruit (except bananas), tea (coffee) without milk and sugar

Specific recommendations

All dishes should cook without oil, with salt and add the spices are not forbidden. During the diet you can drink a dry wine (1-2 glasses). Deviate from the diet during the holidays can be, but within reasonable limits.
