Potato Diet

Potato Diet is based on consumption of potatoes.
The duration of the diet – from a few days.
At breakfast – 1 cup milk.
At lunch – 300 grams of mashed potatoes.
At dinner – salad: 250 grams of potatoes, 1-but hard-boiled egg, salt, oil, vinegar and black pepper.
In the course of the diet is mandatory acceptance of minerals and vitamins.
Potato Diet is very nourishing, much discomfort is not felt.
Weight loss during potato diet – up to 1kg in 2 days.
