Exercises to remove Abdominal Fat
If you have a weak press, to avoid discrepancies recti, you should begin to strengthen the abdominal muscles with a massage and light exercise.
Take the initial position – lying on the floor on your back. Each exercise must be performed 10 times.

5. The feet bent in knees, straighten forward-upwards at an angle 45 degrees, dissolve them in the parties, reduce, bend, lower and make a breath. Having returned to a starting position, make an exhalation.

To more intensive and difficult exercises for your press it is possible to do only when your muscles will a little get stronger, and belly muscles will get the form.
I have enrolled myself in 24 fitness gym due to gaining weight. Lately i have gainned alot of weight from starbucks, junk food, fast food. I want to lose 10 pounds by my 21st birthday which jan 18th 2011. . . . My current height is 4′ 11″ and weight 140. i have kinda big belly which i hate so much. . . can you give me so advice, secrets, tips? i need help..
